・구입한 티켓의 취소 및 환불은 불가합니다.
・「중학생・고등학생」티켓으로 입장시 신분증 제시를 부탁드릴 경우가 있습니다.
・Resale of tickets is prohibited, and visitors cannot enter with a ticket purchased through resale. The museum will not be held responsible in such cases.
＜Important＞
Tickets and admission
・Please arrive at the venue and line up in the entrance line in time within the time stated on the ticket.
・The time stated on the ticket is not the staying time in the venue.
・If you must leave the queue please make sure that someone in your party stays behind.
If you came alone and must leave the queue please notify a nearby member of our staff.
・Leave your stroller in the place provided before entering.
・Children under thirteen years of age are not admitted without a parent or guardian.
Please make sure that parents and children enter together.
・시설이 휠체어에 접근할 수 있지만, 일단 안으로 들어가면 휠체어에서 우리의 휠체어로 바꾸도록 요청받을 것이다(휠체어의 수는 제한된다). 당사의 휠체어는 특별한 어필이 없는 표준 제품임을 알아 두십시오.
・Re-entry is not permitted. Please note that your ticket cannot be refunded once you have entered.
About the site
・The museum is experienced barefooted. Please remove all shoes, sandals and other footwear before entering.
・Water levels can rise up to knee height for adults.
・There is water in certain areas. In case of your child getting dropping wet, bring the changing clothes for your child is recommended. Please avoid to access to the next area with your child's clothes that aren’t dry enough. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

・In the event that visitors such as small children get their clothes wet, the staff will ask you to change your clothes. For safety reasons, we cannot allow entry into the next artwork with wet clothes. If you do not have a change of clothes, we have towels available to rent. Please wipe off your wet clothes before entering the next artwork.
* Please note that the water area is not for swim purpose.
・An area of the site has a mirror surface.
Please note that there is a possibility of your underwear reflecting on the mirror surface if you are wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants.

・Shorts may be rented for free. Please inform the staff in the museum if you require a pair and return the shorts on your way out. Sizes run from XS to 6L.
・The site features an area with strong stimulating lights, and a dark area.
・For safety purposes please never let go of your child's hand.
・For visitors with children, please make sure not to let go of their hand as doing so could be dangerous.
・There are detour routes for visitors, including those with disabilities and those with children, that would like to skip certain artworks. If you wish to do so, please inform the staff nearby.
・Visitors with infants may enter with a (front) baby carrier.
・There are diaper tables available at the bathrooms in the museum. If you would like to breastfeed or rest, there is a first aid room in the museum. Please feel free to inform the staff if you wish to use it.
・During rush hours, customers who have been on site for a long time may be asked to go forward by staff.

・무료 사물함을 준비하고 있습니다.
입장 게이트 통과 후 사물함에 수하물을 넣어주시기 바랍니다.
로커 사이즈는 2 종류 있습니다.
폭 25cm × 깊이 40cm × 높이 50cm
폭 25cm × 깊이 40cm × 높이 75cm
・상기 사이즈를 초과하는 수하물에 대해서는 따로 보관소를 마련하고 있지 않으므로 보관할 수 없습니다.
・상기 사이즈를 초과하는 케리어 등은 유모차 보관소에서 자물쇠로 보관하오니 미리 양해부탁드립니다.

Please note that we will be unable to issue a refund to any person who were expulsed from the premises by management for failure to comply with the above.
